Andrew Radcliffe

Andrew brings 20 years experience at the leading edge of technology and innovation strategy. Andrew's passion is primarily in Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms, integration, automation and Artificial Intelligence (AI) adoption in business. Currently, Andrew is involved in advising SME's on technology through Tech Tools; was the director of an automated fleet management service provider, Fleet Agent; was the founding director of Blackhawk Tracking Systems and is involved in start-ups that help solve business problems through technology platforms. Blackhawk co-founder Andrew Radcliffe took Blackhawk from an idea in 2005 through to a leading telematics company with successful products across multiple niche verticals. The Blackhawk platform is the underlying technology for many service providers including Farm Angel, Fleet Agent, Collect and many others. The product, Blackhawk Collect, has been a huge success and is on the way to becoming the global leader in this market. Andrew stepped aside from the Blackhawk CEO position in 2015, remaining as a director and shareholder. In 2016, Andrew purchased the Fleet Agent Product from Blackhawk to build a one-stop shop service for the Australian Businesses to help manage their vehicles automatically which has had great success within the civil and construction market. In 2017, Andrew founded Tech Tools to provide a platform to help SME business adopt business technology to grow their sales and Marketing, Automate their operations and help with customer interaction. Tech Tools has partnered with the Chamber of Commerce, Vodafone and is a partner with the NZ regional partner network. In 2019, Andrew Merged Fleet Agent (IoT technology provider) and Easy forms (Paperless form technology) to create 3PM. 3PM provides business digitalization and automation technology and services to government and SME entities within Construction, Property Services, Technical Services, Retail and Tourism sectors. Andrew's experience adds capability within technology strategy and business alignment, vendor management and innovation and technology sustainability.
